Are your products BPA free? Yes. Every silicone product we sell is 100% BPA free and food-grade certified.

What makes silicone more eco-friendly than plastic? It’s longer lasting, more heat resistant, and safer for food contact, meaning you replace it less often - reducing waste. 

Can I modify or cancel my order? Once an order is placed, we process it quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accomodate your request before the order is shipped. 

How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship domestically across Australia.
